What you will do
- Supervise and monitor technicians’ field interventions, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and equipment maintenance.
- Plan and prepare interventions with customers, internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers according to contractual requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and support contract-related activities.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate engine-related and power-generation data, including oil analysis and daily reports.
- Conduct technical, site, safety, and tooling audits while supporting a strong safety culture.
- Manage technical issues, subcontractor pricing and lead times, inventory optimization, KPI dashboards, and partial Maintenance Manager coverage.
Requirements
- Experience supporting technicians with troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to interpret reports, extracts, analyses, and operational data and recommend appropriate actions.
- Ability to coordinate customers, teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to organize technical meetings, training activities, audits, and intervention planning.
- Ability to prioritize urgent technical issues and maintain performance tracking.
