CAG Internship (March 2027) (Debt Advisory)

What you will do

• Perform company, industry, and credit analysis for financing transactions.
• Contribute to financial models and debt analyses covering leverage, cash flow, liquidity, covenants, and debt repayment.
• Prepare financing presentations, information memoranda, lender materials, and other internal and external marketing materials.
• Identify potential lenders and conduct comparable transaction and financing research.
• Support NDAs, release letters, due diligence, client and lender interactions, and other transaction documentation.
• Contribute to financing transactions through closing.

Requirements

• At least six months of prior internship experience in Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, M&A, Private Equity, or Transaction Services.
• Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work effectively in a demanding environment.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French are essential.
