Salary: $45–$65 per hour

What you will do
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, cost, and product quality.
- Develop process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with design, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure product manufacturability.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design and procure production tools, fixtures, and equipment while evaluating automation technologies.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, conduct time and motion studies, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing or production engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems.
- Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD and manufacturing ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on-site, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and perform extended periods of standing, sitting, typing, or stooping.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of statistical process control and failure modes and effects analysis.
