Senior Category Manager, Home - Bedding UK/EU

Location: Based in London, Madrid, or Berlin with 4 days per week in-office

Base salary: £80,000–£100,000 per year; bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end merchandising for the Bedding category across the UK/EU, including assortments, launches, and performance tracking.
• Execute regional merchandising strategy with US Product Merchandising and international regional merchandising teams.
• Contribute to product ideation, new product opportunities, business cases, pricing, and assortment decisions.
• Partner with Product, Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, Sourcing, and Quality teams to deliver launches while balancing inventory, margins, quality, and go-to-market execution.
• Analyze sales, returns, margins, ratings, and reviews to improve trading results and product quality.
• Own catalogue administration, site merchandising, PDP improvement planning, merchandising assets, reports, pricing files, and regional compliance execution.

Requirements

• Based in London, Madrid, or Berlin and available to work in the office 4 days per week.
• 8–10 years of retail buying or category management experience in Home Textiles or Bedding, with ownership of category performance.
• Experience in e-commerce and/or direct-to-consumer businesses; exposure to startup and established brands is preferred.
• Strong product awareness, commercial judgment, analytical skills, and experience using data to guide trading and merchandising decisions.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Planning, Design, Sourcing, Marketing, or related teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and influencing skills.
