Producer III (Audience Management)

Location: Remote, with required PST working hours; role listed in Cupertino, California

What you will do

• Build and maintain standard and bespoke audiences in RPM and manual directory groups across multiple systems.
• Manage, audit, and document Box content structures, user access permissions, managed groups, and their deployments.
• Process high-volume access requests and troubleshoot audience configuration, permission, and user-access issues.
• Monitor the Audience Management Slack channel and provide first-line support to field teams and business partners.
• Consolidate existing documentation into instructional guides covering data privacy rules, workflows, and best practices.
• Design standardized audience request templates that improve business self-service and reduce reliance on individual experts.

Requirements

• Practical experience administering user access, groups, permissions, or audience segmentation across complex multi-system environments.
• Understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, governance, and appropriate use of people data.
• Ability to investigate and resolve access discrepancies, broken audience configurations, and permission issues.
• Strong technical documentation and instructional-writing skills, including SOPs and request templates.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder-support, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work remotely during PST hours and support internal retail, corporate, field, and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with RPM, Box, Dropbox, Microsoft document-sharing tools, access-control systems, or people-data platforms.
• Experience supporting retail audiences, retail stores, or corporate retail organizations.
