Activity Security Representative (ASR) II (SAP)

Location: San Antonio, Texas; onsite workplace. U.S. citizenship is required. Travel required: 10–25%.

Salary: $73,965–$98,785 per year, depending on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities at a customer facility.
• Classify, process, track, reproduce, transfer, and destroy classified materials and electronic data.
• Maintain document accountability, personnel security, access-control, visitor, and customer databases.
• Process visit notices, access badges, Program Access Requests, nomination questionnaires, indoctrinations, and clearance actions.
• Conduct entry and exit inspections, escort visitors, support security awareness programs, and participate in SAP compliance inspections.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for team members.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance is required, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph.
• SAP experience is required.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is desired; a bachelor’s degree may count as four years of experience, and a related associate degree may count as two years.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification or Special Program Security Certification may count toward experience, up to the stated three-year maximum for SPED certifications.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
