TL;DR
Senior Product Engineer (AI): Building and shipping customer-facing product features end-to-end within autonomous squads, with an accent on cross-stack engineering, agentic workflows, and measurable customer outcomes. Focus on designing agent loops and evaluation frameworks, modernizing legacy systems, and delivering reliable software across mobile, backend, and frontend layers.
Location: Fully remote across Europe; applications from Belarus or Russia are not currently accepted.

What you will do
- Own a product domain end-to-end, from understanding customer problems and prototyping to production delivery.
- Build across mobile, backend, and frontend layers while applying deep expertise in Kotlin/KMP, Java/Spring Boot, or Angular.
- Design autonomous agent loops, including tool permissions, failure recovery, delegation decisions, and evaluation frameworks.
- Debug and modernize legacy codebases and infrastructure while maintaining platform stability and performance.
- Maintain engineering quality through architecture, code reviews, automated testing, and long-term maintainability practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering products end-to-end.
- Deep expertise in at least one core area: Kotlin/KMP or native iOS/Android, Java/Spring Boot, or Angular.
- Hands-on experience across more than one layer of the stack.
- Daily experience using AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, plus experience building evaluation systems for model outputs.
- Strong architectural judgment, systems thinking, CI/CD, and automated-testing experience in agile teams.
- Excellent English for collaboration across international squads.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, SwiftUI, or Jetpack Compose.
- Background in InsurTech, PropTech, or property restoration.
- Experience integrating LLM features into customer-facing products using OpenAI, Anthropic APIs, LangChain, or vector databases.
