Hands-on Internship ESG Reporting Intern

Location: Headquarters in Amstelveen, Netherlands, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

hirify.global is an international airline with a Corporate Finance Planning & Reporting team supporting sustainability transparency and reporting across the Air France-hirify.global Group.

What you will do

• Support the annual ESG reporting campaign and year-end reporting cycle.
• Coordinate reporting deadlines and follow up with data contributors across Finance, HR, Sustainability, Operations, Procurement, and IT.
• Collect, structure, and validate non-financial data for external disclosures and strategic decision-making.
• Perform data quality checks, identify inconsistencies, and support users of ESG reporting tools.
• Prepare audit evidence and supporting documentation for external assurance.
• Contribute to reporting process improvements and create reporting instructions, training materials, newsletters, and team communications.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an HBO Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Proactive, curious, and able to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Available full-time for six months, 40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible, and enrolled at an accredited Dutch or EU/EEA educational institution for the full internship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch.
• Interest in ESG reporting, CSRD, corporate reporting directives, and data governance.
