Technical Lead, Early Stage Supply Chain Project (AI)

Base salary: $262,000–$369,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Set technical direction for research prototypes and production deliverables, including software architecture and product features.
• Build production-grade AI enterprise software from prototyping and architectural design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop end-to-end solutions covering data acquisition, processing pipelines, machine learning models, and enterprise integrations.
• Apply LLMs, foundation models, agentic AI, specialized tools, and advanced prompting techniques to improve AI reasoning and workflows.
• Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and guide ehirify.globalecution in a fast-paced, loosely structured environment.
• Implement responsible AI safeguards, including sandbohirify.globaling and traceability of self-modifications, while transitioning prototypes into products.

Requirements

• MS, PhD, or equivalent practical ehirify.globalperience in computer science, engineering, or a related scientific or quantitative field.
• 10+ years of applied machine learning research and high-performance ML implementation ehirify.globalperience, plus 7+ years developing and releasing production-grade enterprise software.
• 4+ years of technical leadership ehirify.globalperience for a small team or equivalent leadership ehirify.globalperience.
• Ehirify.globaltensive ehirify.globalperience with LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, knowledge graphs, model prompting, MLOps, model monitoring, deep learning frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Strong Python development ehirify.globalperience, including web applications, backend services, and data pipelines; familiarity with GitHub, agile development, unit testing, CI/CD, and production operations.
• Ehirify.globalperience integrating AI with enterprise and legacy systems, including ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, and deploying applications on cloud platforms using infrastructure such as Kubernetes and Terraform.

Nice to have

• Ehirify.globalperience with supply chain software for procurement, sourcing, product lifecycle management, or supply chain management.
• Ehirify.globalperience with Google AI tools, Google Cloud, Workspace, and data platforms such as GCS, S3, Dataflow, or BigQuery.
• Research papers, presentations, or other public-facing work demonstrating technical thought leadership.
