MSL Oncología - Norte (Galicia)

Location: Madrid, Spain; regional coverage includes Northern Spain and Galicia.

Base pay: €38,000–€60,950 per year, plus potential annual bonus or sales commission depending on the applicable plan.

What you will do

• Communicate scientific and clinical information about oncology products, treatment trends, studies, and regulatory developments to leading specialists and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain professional networks with physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, scientific society representatives, payors, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and support medical education activities, advisory boards, speaker development, and scientific programs at local and regional level.
• Support market access discussions by providing objective scientific information to hospital committees, insurers, and health technology assessment groups.
• Support company-sponsored studies, registries, investigator-initiated studies, site identification, recruitment follow-up, and investigator meetings.
• Provide scientific training and support to sales representatives while ensuring compliance with medical, legal, safety, and pharmacovigilance requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences, psychology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Relevant experience, scientific expertise, and communication skills to establish peer-to-peer relationships with leading specialists.
• Strong customer focus and awareness of business results.
• Ability to coordinate and drive work in a complex and changing environment.
• Analytical reasoning, clinical experience, medical communications, scientific research, relationship building, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
