Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs AD (Medical Dermatology)

What you will do

• Define global field medical, external engagement, medical education, and enablement strategies for an assigned biologic product.
• Co-develop and execute global Medical Affairs plans, validate local plans, and lead global medical advisory boards.
• Own the global medical insights framework and translate collected insights into strategic actions.
• Develop engagement plans for external experts and medical societies, particularly in atopic dermatitis and upcoming indications.
• Support global evidence generation, including phase IV and investigator-initiated studies.
• Partner with regional, country, commercial, market access, R&D, and global brand teams to ensure consistent execution.

Requirements

• MD preferred, or a degree in Science such as Biology, Chemistry, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing global medical strategy for assigned products.
• Knowledge and professional experience in medical dermatology; expertise in advanced systemic treatments for atopic dermatitis is highly desirable.
• High level of English required.
• Leadership, accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and external stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• PhD or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Global Medical Affairs and launching global or EU products in medical dermatology.
• Experience launching at least one biologic product within the last 5–6 years.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a mid-sized or large pharmaceutical organization.
