Director, Commercial Quality - Americas (MedTech)

Location: Danvers, Massachusetts, United States of America; regional and global travel up to 20%

Base pay: $150,000–$258,750 per year

What you will do

• Lead commercial quality and compliance activities supporting Americas commercial operations, customer service, market expansion, and customer requirements.
• Oversee the full quality lifecycle for the Americas distributor network, including qualification, audits, quality agreements, relationship management, and disengagement.
• Manage field action execution oversight, correction implementation reporting, and customer and distributor communications outside the United States.
• Engage with health authorities and notified bodies, including the US FDA, Health Canada, ANVISA, and COFEPRIS, during audits and field action execution.
• Support SOP approval, change control, CAPA, and non-conformance management across commercial, customer service, clinical sales training, medical affairs, marketing, and platform operations.
• Lead commercial supplier quality for marketing materials, transportation, and field action support while connecting the organization with broader quality and compliance functions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in science, engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Experience in commercial quality, supplier quality, distribution, customer service, regulatory compliance, and quality management within large, multi-site, global organizations.
• Experience working with multinational healthcare regulatory requirements and agencies such as the US FDA, Health Canada, COFEPRIS, and ANVISA.
• Strong collaboration, influence, analytical, strategic, communication, conflict-resolution, and team-building skills.
• Ability to lead people and make decisions in a complex global environment, including influencing outcomes without direct line authority.
• Fluent English required; regional and global travel of up to 20% is expected.
