Product Manager – Mobile & Digital Apps

What you will do

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile application portfolio.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and optimization.
• Partner with UX, engineering, architecture, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable mobile experiences.
• Manage Agile delivery, priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
• Use customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive research to guide decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement, and feedback while managing technology vendors and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Experience launching and growing customer-facing applications across iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, UX, and experimentation.
• Experience with native mobile development teams and/or Flutter or React Native.
• Airline or travel industry experience is required. Experience with SAFe and Scrum is also required.
