• Manage and develop relationships with state and local government clients.
• Help government clients obtain funding and meet audit and financial planning objectives.
• Lead client engagement teams and oversee engagement progress, budgets, and deadlines.
• Develop, mentor, and support high-performing professionals.
• Communicate engagement developments, conclusions, facts, and recommendations to the engagement principal.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• CPA license certification required.
• Experience driving strategic management and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience managing governmental audits and Single audits is strongly preferred.
