Machine Learning Researcher (AI)

hirify.global is an AI research lab developing NEXUS, a Large Tabular Model for enterprise decision-making and predictive analytics.

What you will do

• Ideate, design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models for real-world deployment.
• Contribute across the full lifecycle of AI model development, from research and experimentation through training and inference.
• Develop novel architectures, training methods, evaluation protocols, and machine learning algorithms.
• Scale models and training regimes using GPUs or TPUs and distributed training.
• Build and maintain research code that enables rapid development and testing of new ideas.
• Collaborate with machine learning researchers on model performance and engineering quality.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with the full machine learning research cycle.
• Strong software engineering hirify.globals.
• Strong knowledge of Python and its machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with AI model development, machine learning infrastructure, GPUs or TPUs, distributed training, and scaling models.
• Knowledge of classical machine learning methods, algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
• BSc, MSc, or PhD in computer science or machine learning is expected.

Nice to have

• Expertise in architecture research, distillation, evaluation, code generation, or large language models.
• Experience with foundational models, published AI conference research, or open-source machine learning projects.
• Experience with tabular data or predictive analytics.
• High Kaggle rank.
