Principal Machine Learning Engineer - Central AI

Location: Remote; hirify.global can hire in any country where it has a legal entity. Offices and listed pay zones include Bellevue, Mountain View, and Seattle, United States.

Base salary in the United States: $196,461–$256,491 for Zone C, $213,030–$278,123 for Zone B, or $236,700–$309,025 for Zone A, plus possible benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What you will do

• Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and sophisticated models.
• Build foundational AI infrastructure, data pipelines, frameworks, and shared capabilities for hirify.global products.
• Design machine learning system and model architectures.
• Conduct experimentation and rigorous model evaluations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to integrate AI functionality into products and services.
• Guide and mentor emerging machine learning engineers.

Requirements

• Principal-level experience in machine learning engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience developing machine learning algorithms and training sophisticated models.
• Experience designing system and model architectures and evaluating model performance.
• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and analytics teams.
• Ability to work remotely from a country where hirify.global has a legal entity.
