IT Technician (Gaming)

Location: On-site in Malmö, Sweden

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support to employees and external contractors through tickets, email, phone, and in person.
• Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Set up workstations for new hires and support onboarding activities.
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and peripheral issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records, install software, and perform routine workstation maintenance.
• Support meeting rooms, printers, office moves, vendors, contractors, and hardware deployments while following IT security and operational procedures.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, spoken and written.
• Education in IT or a related technical field, or equivalent practical knowledge.
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, Microsoft 365, and basic networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and install IT equipment and work independently while collaborating with the IT team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Previous IT support, help desk, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Jira Service Management, or ServiceNow.
