IT Service Delivery Specialist

What you will do

• Handle incidents, service requests, and operational IT tasks through ticketing systems, remote tools, phone, and walk-ins.
• Provide hands-on and remote support, including installations, configurations, upgrades, and hardware setup.
• Support workplace technology, networks, cloud services, meeting room systems, and retail IT environments.
• Take ownership of IT infrastructure in line with global standards and support business continuity across offices, stores, and warehouses.
• Coordinate IT activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve and harmonize regional and global IT processes.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, IT operations, or other customer-facing IT roles.
• Practical experience with ITSM processes, including incident and request management.
• Solid understanding of workplace IT, infrastructure, and basic networking.
• Hands-on experience supporting PC and Mac environments, including Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and MDM tools such as Intune.
• Fluency in English and availability to work on-site in Stockholm.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting retail IT environments, including POS setups and payment terminals.
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki, Egnyte, or Box.
• Experience in global or multi-site environments.
• ITIL experience or certification.
• Microsoft certifications.
