System Engineer - Workplace & Hardware Integration

What you will do

• Perform compatibility and validation testing for hardware, peripherals, drivers, BIOS releases, and deployment packages before production deployment.
• Integrate hardware packages into SCCM/MECM and adapt Task Sequences to support hardware changes.
• Create, maintain, and version driver packages, hardware settings, and documented hardware and software repositories.
• Provide expert support for hardware integration issues, analyze technical logs, identify root causes, and resolve complex incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, technical teams, and Security teams during escalations and compliance activities.
• Participate in Windows migration and Standard Configuration projects, monitor emerging technologies, and develop or maintain automation scripts.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Quality, service, and continuous-improvement orientation.
• Fluent English is required.
