Middle Business Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Lviv, Ukraine; hybrid work with 80/20 office/home format after the first three months until the end of 2026, transitioning to primarily office-based work from 2027

What you will do

• Partner with Configuration, Account Management, Vendor Management, Development, Product, and Operations teams to integrate processes and systems.
• Define, elicit, document, validate, and refine requirements for iGaming configuration solutions, including games, vendors, restrictions, jurisdictions, releases, bonuses, jackpots, free spins, and operator-specific rules.
• Map end-to-end workflows, system dependencies, and data flows across integrated platforms.
• Produce functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML diagrams, wireframes, and configuration documentation.
• Shape new functionality, including MVP scope, business rules, field behavior, validation logic, and default values.
• Track operational KPIs, backlog, and delivery progress while driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in iGaming or a related field.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation skills.
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN diagrams, process flows, and wireframes.
• Experience with complex business rules, configurations, and cross-functional system integrations.
• Good understanding of AI technologies, hands-on experience with AI tools, and the ability to evaluate AI-driven process automation opportunities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
