What you will do
- Lead the integration of information security into business processes and operations.
- Drive a security culture based on awareness, accountability, and shared responsibility.
- Translate information security requirements into practical solutions that support business growth and agility.
- Build relationships with business leaders and align security objectives with business goals.
- Lead and develop a team of Business Information Security Officers within Security Operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams of specialist professionals.
- Strong strategic ability to translate organizational goals into team objectives and outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in Swedish and English.
- Understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within the defense and security industry.
- Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security-cleared positions.
