OEM Solution Architect (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; primarily in-office work is required.

What you will do

• Own the technical architecture and end-to-end lifecycle of strategic OEM solutions.
• Develop reference architectures integrating hirify.global storage with full-stack OEM solution components.
• Lead certification, interoperability testing, and approved-solution maintenance with OEM and technology alliance engineering teams.
• Establish technical roadmaps, architecture reviews, governance processes, and escalation paths with strategic partners.
• Translate partner and end-customer requirements into architecture specifications and engineering backlogs.
• Create technical documentation and enablement materials, assess new OEM opportunities, and represent hirify.global in partner architecture forums.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture, technical alliance management, or systems engineering.
• Strong expertise in full-stack infrastructure architecture, platforms, AI infrastructure, and data management.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and virtualization or container platforms such as VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, KVM, or Kubernetes.
• Experience managing technical alliances, joint roadmaps, certification programs, technical governance, and OEM or strategic partner engagements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Alliances, Sales, and partner technical teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; strong communication skills and the ability to work with engineering and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nokia, Cisco, or Siemens Healthineers.
• Relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified Architect or VMware VCAP.
