Senior Solution Architect (Telecommunications): Leading end-to-end architecture for complex, cross-domain and business-critical telecommunications deliveries with an accent on integration architecture, microservices, event-driven architecture, and TM Forum APIs. What you will do
- Lead end-to-end architecture for complex, cross-domain, and business-critical deliveries.
- Translate business requirements into robust, secure, resilient, and implementable solution designs.
- Define integrations across the technology landscape, mainly using TIBCO and TM Forum APIs.
- Drive architectural transformation toward microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Perform impact analysis and evaluate dependencies, risks, trade-offs, solution options, and technical debt.
- Align architectural decisions across business, delivery, technology, and supplier teams.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience owning end-to-end architecture for complex or business-critical deliveries.
- Strong integration architecture skills covering APIs, messaging, synchronous and asynchronous integration, and event-driven approaches.
- Practical experience with SOA, microservices, API-first design, modularity, loose coupling, cloud, and hybrid architectures.
- Ability to create component and sequence diagrams and use modelling approaches such as UML, C4, ArchiMate, or BPMN.
- Experience with software delivery lifecycles, DevOps or DevSecOps, testing, deployment, and operational considerations.
- Fluent Czech and professional working English required.
Nice to have
- Telecommunications industry experience and knowledge of OSS/BSS landscapes.
- Knowledge of TM Forum concepts, especially ODA and Open APIs.
- Familiarity with Siebel, TIBCO, Kafka, Pega, Camunda, TOGAF, ArchiMate, or architecture collaboration tools.
- Experience with large transformation programmes, complex supplier landscapes, and Domain Architecture concepts.
