Planning & Supply Chain SME (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead business decisions across the planning and supply chain technology program lifecycle, from solution selection through implementation and business change.
• Analyze stakeholder needs and translate business requirements into clear technical business requirements documents.
• Coordinate planning and supply chain system implementations, troubleshooting, maintenance, user support, and training.
• Lead high-impact sessions with executive management and global business and technology teams.
• Drive project delivery, cross-functional collaboration, consensus, and operational scalability in a matrix organization.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or B.A. in a relevant field.
• Deep knowledge of planning and supply chain processes and systems.
• Experience with planning and supply chain technologies, including SAP or similar systems.
• Project management, presentation, leadership, and influencing skills, including the ability to lead without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
