Sales Intern (TV Distribution)

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; hybrid office/home work with four days per week onsite. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the full internship period from 5 July 2027 to 21 July 2028.

What you will do

• Use internal database systems to prepare product availability reports and curated content lists covering films, scripted and non-scripted series, documentaries, and specials.
• Provide clients with product information, respond to product queries, and gather customer feedback.
• Support the Sales Administrator throughout the deal administration lifecycle, including system updates and client communications.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Distribution, Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Product teams on client support, materials, broadcast supply, billing, contracts, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain tracking documents for upcoming TV series and create presentation decks and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist with office, diary, travel management, and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Currently studying at university and returning to full-time education in autumn 2028, or seeking work experience after A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction for the entire internship period.
• Availability to work in the Central London office onsite four days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Passion for film and television, with a proactive, reliable, detail-focused, and solution-oriented approach.
