Print Designer (Love & Roses)

What you will do

• Drive the print direction for the Love & Roses brand, creating commercial and inspirational prints that resonate with customers.
• Identify seasonal prints, colours, trends, and brand-specific creative directions.
• Create mood and trend boards, original repeat prints, and engineered placements for garments.
• Present new print designs and emerging trends to the Design team and senior management.
• Prepare clear print packs and apply knowledge of print techniques to support accurate, high-quality production.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, pricing considerations, and collaborative relationships with Design and Buying.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-street brand, print studio, or supplier environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to create trend-relevant and commercial prints tailored to a specific brand customer.
• Understanding of the competitive marketplace and consumer landscape.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and interpersonal communication skills.
