What you will do

• Support administrative tasks, recurring activities, and designated projects for the Real Estate Client Service team.
• Prepare information, analyze data, maintain accounts, and develop presentations and dashboards.
• Coordinate routine inquiries and data requests between clients, coverage teams, and internal groups.
• Follow up proactively on client issues and help develop client relationships.
• Answer detailed client questions about hirify.global products and methodologies.
• Participate in coverage projects and support client calls and presentations.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Interest in investment finance, international financial institutions, and global financial markets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight, short-term deadlines.
• Ability to explain complex concepts and methodologies to senior management and clients.
• Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cultures on a global team.
