Derived Data Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Support daily market data operations, including document workflows, data extraction, and timely delivery to clients.
• Configure and maintain client setups, GP access credentials, and data environments across deployment models.
• Generate licensed data files tailored to client requirements while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Monitor AI-driven data extraction, enrichment, and classification; validate outputs and manage exceptions.
• Assist with AI model training, tuning, and evaluation while supporting transparency and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to troubleshoot pipelines and improve workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data operations, data management, document processing, or financial services.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, model outputs, data validation, and supervised training processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage exceptions, make judgment-based decisions, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of private capital data, fund administration, or investment operations datasets.
