Data Services & EDI Specialist

What you will do

• Configure client environments, including dimensions, payment profiles, item validation mappings, and financial data structures.
• Set up, test, and maintain EDI connections between Ottimate, clients, and vendor partners.
• Map invoice and credit data between systems and monitor transmissions for rejected or failed transactions.
• Use SQL and data-querying tools to troubleshoot mismatches, missing fields, SKU errors, and other pipeline issues.
• Perform bulk data uploads, scrubbing, normalization, reconciliation audits, and ongoing maintenance across client environments.
• Support Ottimate Concierge AP operations, improve workflows, and contribute to scalable operational playbooks and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data operations, technical implementation, ERP administration, or fintech support.
• 2–3 years of hands-on EDI connection experience or equivalent integration-focused experience.
• Experience with ANSI X12, 810 invoice transaction sets, flat files, data mapping, bulk data management, or SaaS system configuration.
• SQL or comparable data-querying skills sufficient to trace issues through data pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Must be located in Mexico for the remote arrangement, or work in the Chihuahua hybrid arrangement.
