What you will do
- Support investigator sites onboarding into remote visit services.
- Train and onboard research clinicians to ensure study readiness.
- Coordinate remote visit scheduling, clinician assignments, logistics, courier bookings, shipments, and supplies.
- Manage visit documentation, trackers, and system access.
- Perform quality checks and follow up on documentation corrections.
- Act as a key contact for sites, clinicians, and internal study teams while supporting study timelines and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical research, visit coordination, or project support.
- Understanding of clinical trial conduct and GCP principles.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams, countries, and cultures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
