Operations Manager – Cars

hirify.global is a fast-growing startup building a re-commerce marketplace for second-hand products across the MENA region.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operational journey for cars from intake through final handover.
• Lead and develop the Cars Operations team across functions and locations.
• Establish clear ownership, processes, escalation paths, and operational capacity planning.
• Set and monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer experience standards.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve critical issues, and implement process improvements.
• Report on operational performance and collaborate with Sales, Supply, Data, Finance, and other teams.

Requirements

• Strong operations management experience, preferably in automotive, marketplace, logistics, or another fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing and developing operational teams.
• Experience building, improving, and scaling operational processes.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven approach with a solid understanding of operational KPIs and performance management.
• Fluent Arabic and English; on-site work in Riyadh is required.

• Automotive industry experience.
