Content Planning & Acquisitions Intern

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; on-site work required four days per week. The 12-month internship runs from 5 July 2027 to 21 July 2028, and candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the full duration.

What you will do

• Assist with programming content for television channels and streaming platforms across multiple territories.
• Enter and manage content information using bespoke data-entry systems.
• Analyze ratings, channel and platform performance, and competitor activity.
• Screen content and support market research and the acquisition of new programming.
• Help plan the placement of series and films across linear and non-linear platforms.
• Work alongside programming, marketing, advertising sales, research, and creative teams to understand television channel operations.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the entire internship.
• Must be able to work in the Central London office on-site four days per week.
• Currently studying at university and returning to full-time education in Autumn 2028, or seeking work experience after A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship.
• Passion for television, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate professionally, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle administrative duties.
• Curiosity, teamwork, adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
