What you will do
- Chair the domain scrum of scrums and represent the domain in cross-domain forums.
- Govern prioritization, challenge new demand, arbitrate trade-offs, and maintain a value- and capacity-ranked backlog.
- Prepare quarterly business review data packs, narratives, prioritization cases, capacity plans, and dependency maps.
- Translate QBR decisions into roadmaps, OKRs, and squad backlogs, and track commitments throughout the quarter.
- Track strategic projects against milestones, dependencies, spend, benefits, and committed roadmaps.
- Escalate delivery drift, conflicts, capacity shortfalls, and slippage while coordinating cross-domain collaboration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in transformation delivery, strategic project or portfolio management, or agile-at-scale program leadership.
- Experience running governance cadences, including scrum of scrums and quarterly planning, across multiple squads.
- Experience preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews to executive forums.
- Ability to resolve cross-functional dependencies and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of enterprise transformation operating models, agile-at-scale governance, roadmaps, and delivery metrics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Agile-at-scale certification such as SAFe RTE/SPC, agile coaching, PMP, or PgMP.
