Reporting Manager (Infrastructure)

hirify.global provides PMO services, enterprise-level governance, assurance, integration, and performance oversight for a major mixed-use infrastructure development in Riyadh.

What you will do

• Coordinate with PMCs, planning teams, and commercial personnel to compile analytical data and produce executive and technical reports.
• Maintain and report on integrated master schedules, development master schedules, programme interfaces, dependencies, critical paths, and schedule performance.
• Validate PMC updates, progress evidence, forecasts, completion dates, mitigation plans, and recovery schedules.
• Support baseline package development, weightage systems, progress measurement, cash-flow and resource reporting, change control, and version tracking.
• Prepare monthly integrated programme reporting packs with KPIs, schedule analysis, change impacts, forecasts, interfaces, dependencies, and mitigation status.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities while supporting audits, lessons learned, training, and programme maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 12 years of post-graduation experience.
• PMI-PMP, GRI Professional, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with MS Office, project management software, international contracting mechanisms, and FIDIC.
• Strong knowledge of planning, resource and cost loading, risk management, progress analysis, and corrective actions.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
