IT PMO Manager (Travel Tech)

What you will do

• Define and implement governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting.
• Structure planning cycles, milestones, and execution follow-up across value streams.
• Consolidate portfolio progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery information.
• Provide structured reporting to stakeholders and maintain reliable reporting data.
• Identify cross-stream risks, drive mitigation actions, and escalate delivery issues.
• Improve PMO tools, templates, processes, and project management practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in PMO, project, or program support roles.
• Strong background in reporting, governance, and planning.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical and organizational skills with experience in digital or IT environments.
• Fluency in English is required.
