PMO Digital Lead

What you will do

• Develop and implement a digital PMO framework aligned with the defined digital strategy.
• Lead digital transformation across project controls, commercial functions, reporting, and governance.
• Integrate dashboards, BIM tools, Common Data Environments, analytics platforms, and project management systems.
• Establish data-driven reporting and predictive analysis for quality, schedule, cost, safety, risks, and project performance.
• Build unified project controls covering planning and scheduling, cost forecasting, risk, change, and document control.
• Mentor PMO and project controls teams, deliver training, and promote continuous improvement in digital workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of post-graduation experience in major civil, infrastructure, or development projects.
• Knowledge of engineering and commercial aspects of major projects.
• Experience with data visualization and advanced analytics using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Experience with BIM tools, CDE systems, Primavera P6, Pertmaster, MS Office, MS Project, and document management systems.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
