Salary: $118,000–$168,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Americas Support Contracts team in collaboration with the global Support Contracts organization.
• Advise Renewals, Sales, Support Services, Legal, Finance, and senior leadership on complex commercial transactions.
• Review non-standard contract terms and commercial structures while balancing revenue growth, customer needs, and business risk.
• Improve contracting processes through operational excellence, performance metrics, reporting, and process optimization.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and influence stakeholders across regions and functions.

Requirements

• Experience in the IT sector, Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Finance, Sales Operations, Contract Management, Bid Management, Legal Operations, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading, coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to assess commercial opportunities, contractual risk, and mitigation steps.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and building cross-functional partnerships in complex business environments.
• Experience working across global organizations and virtual teams.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS contracting.
• Experience with international, government, or regulated-body contracts.
