What you will do

• Lead and manage complex technical sales support projects.
• Provide expert consultancy during high-level customer and sales engagements.
• Design and deploy strategic technical sales materials.
• Deliver advanced training and share technical knowledge across teams.
• Analyze sales support systems and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve critical technical issues and guide the evolution of technical support capabilities.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of advanced product and service features.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and creating high-quality technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, communication, leadership, and team-influencing skills.
• Advanced ability to interpret and apply data and use technical tools and software.
• Perfect command of French and strong command of English.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Bois-Colombes, France.
