What you will do

• Provide Philippine tax compliance support and coordinate with internal teams, external advisers, vendors, and government agencies.
• Prepare and file Philippine withholding tax, VAT, and income tax returns.
• Review invoices, vendor onboarding requirements, tax tagging, BIR compliance, and record-retention documentation.
• Support tax refunds, audits, reconciliations, information requests, and responses to complex tax matters.
• Secure business and government permits, monitor tax developments, and communicate required updates.
• Maintain tax compliance controls, track unresolved account items, prepare quarterly reports, and present updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Philippine tax compliance, accounting, audit, or a related finance function, including tax returns and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, including VAT, withholding tax, income tax, invoicing, registration, and record-retention requirements.
• Experience using SAP for financial transactions, account analysis, reporting, or tax compliance activities.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, and stakeholder relationship skills.
