Senior Data Scientist - Large Language Model (LLM) Platform

What you will do

• Design and build high-quality datasets for multilingual large language models.
• Develop and apply pre-training, fine-tuning, alignment, evaluation, and safety techniques.
• Perform data annotation and labeling, validate language accuracy and contextual relevance, and correct dataset errors.
• Ensure consistency and quality across large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and internal teams to identify AI use cases and ship reliable LLM-powered features.
• Improve annotation guidelines, workflows, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in LLMs, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or voice technologies.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Experience applying deep learning to business problems and deploying models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud or Tencent Cloud.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field; understanding Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
