What you will do

• Frame data needs and analyze data with client operational teams and marketing or product leaders.
• Design and deploy machine learning, statistical, and generative AI solutions.
• Build data preparation pipelines, reproducible workflows, and industrialized data science solutions.
• Create dashboards, analytics applications, and stakeholder-ready data visualizations.
• Develop measurement frameworks, experiments, KPI structures, and strategic decision support.
• Contribute to offer development, training, R&D, thought leadership, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, marketing analytics, engineering, or business.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering data or analytics projects in marketing, customer, product, or strategy contexts.
• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning, clustering, and statistical algorithms.
• Excellent Python and SQL programming skills with solid data modelling foundations.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end and communicate with stakeholders at different seniority levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Dash, or Plotly.
• Experience with Databricks Jobs, Pipelines, or Databricks Genie.
• Exposure to GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Interest in luxury, FMCG, consumer goods, and retail business challenges.
