What you will do

• Support the migration of platforms from on-premises servers to cloud environments.
• Build and manage environments using infrastructure-as-code.
• Create automated software build and release pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Run containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Work with Windows and Linux servers, SQL databases, .NET Framework, and C# while supporting project teams and collaborating with security and auditing teams.

Requirements

• Working toward a 2:1 degree or higher, or completing a Master’s degree that includes a 12-month placement.
• Academic coverage of cloud computing concepts including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Understanding of CI/CD, containerisation, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Self-motivated approach, willingness to learn, analytical ability, and programming skills.
• Availability to work onsite from the Leicestershire Head Office in Leicester.
