Salary: £71,894–£95,790 per year, depending on geographic market, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional annual bonus, incentives, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan may be available.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a dedicated customer account base hosting critical websites.
• Provide hands-on support for large and complex technical problems and coordinate hirify.global and customer support teams.
• Review solution architectures, propose improvements, and implement technology and service enhancements.
• Coordinate customer maintenance, projects, quality checks, technical documentation, and service review meetings.
• Identify customer growth opportunities and support consultative planning for future requirements.
• Mentor and assist in developing technical staff while improving customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise applications in one or more modules or systems.
• Expert-level understanding of enterprise application capabilities and configuration options.
• Expert-level knowledge of business processes and operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems in web hosting environments.
• Creative problem-solving, effective communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and commercial and business acumen.
