Country HR Partner

What you will do

• Build relationships with senior business and functional leaders and drive the execution of HR programs.
• Partner with business leaders on strategic planning and the implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
• Participate in works council and employee representative interactions, supporting employee relations activities.
• Apply Spanish labor legislation and ensure alignment with collective agreements and national labor frameworks.
• Develop change management strategies and manage HR programs and transformation projects.
• Identify HR process improvements and collaborate with centers of expertise to deliver appropriate resources.

Requirements

• University degree in Law, Labor Relations, or a related field; equivalent professional experience in labor law and employee relations may be considered.
• 5–10 years of experience across multiple HR functions or in a generalist HR role.
• Experience implementing and locally adapting global HR programs.
• Deep understanding of Spanish labor law and employee representation frameworks.
• Strong business acumen, project management, process development, and analytical skills, including financial analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
