Generalist — U.S. Tax Workflow Evaluation

Location: Remote, U.S. only; must currently reside in a mainland U.S. state

hirify.global is engaging contractors for a short-term customer project supporting AI development through U.S. tax and financial workflow evaluation.

What you will do

• Review, annotate, and evaluate U.S. tax filing workflows and related financial processes.
• Apply defined rubrics to assess accuracy, completeness, and user experience.
• Compare system-generated outputs with real-world tax documents and scenarios.
• Review tax-related documents and financial information through secure project workflows.
• Identify errors and inconsistencies, then provide clear written and verbal feedback.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and meet assigned deadlines.

Requirements

• Currently residing in a mainland U.S. state and available to start immediately.
• Strong financial literacy and hands-on experience filing 2025 U.S. taxes, independently or with professional assistance.
• Comfort working with digital financial and document-sharing workflows.
• Strong document review, annotation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.

Nice to have

• Experience with rubrics, quality review, data annotation, or workflow evaluation.
