What you will do

• Review product catalog, repair, and troubleshooting content using a structured scorecard.
• Check accuracy, completeness, clarity, helpfulness, and safety against manufacturer manuals and reference materials.
• Identify factual errors, unsupported claims, incorrect or missing specifications, and unsafe guidance.
• Suggest corrections or rewrites and consistently log findings so recurring issues can be fixed upstream.
• Maintain a steady daily and weekly review volume while working independently.

Requirements

• Hands-on repair experience and the ability to recognize when a repair step would not work in practice.
• Broad knowledge of products and hardware, including areas such as motors and oil viscosity.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused during repetitive work.
• Comfort reading service manuals, troubleshooting flow charts, wiring diagrams, and specification sheets.
• Clear written communication, reliability, self-direction, and basic proficiency with browser-based tools and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States, with the role listed in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Nice to have

• Experience in QA, proofreading, editing, content moderation, data annotation, or similar review work.
• Familiarity with consumer electronics, appliances, and hands-on repair.
• SEO or web publishing experience.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated content.
• Interest in the right-to-repair movement.
