Creative Producer (Game Marketing)

Location: Remote from Toluca Lake, California, US

Salary: $95,000–$130,000 USD per year, based on location and level of experience

What you will do

• Lead creative projects from initial intake through final delivery, serving as the primary project lead and client contact.
• Define and monitor project scope, schedules, deliverables, resources, budgets, and production plans.
• Build tailored workflows and processes for each project while improving departmental production practices and documentation.
• Coordinate writing and creative, editorial, game capture, and art departments across multiple projects.
• Lead internal and client meetings, communicate project status and feedback, and propose solutions proactively.
• Review project development, maintain creative quality, manage vendors and contracts, and oversee Associate Producers and Coordinators.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of professional producing experience in marketing, trailers, short-form content, or a closely related creative production environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, including multitasking, prioritization, delegation, and budget tracking.
• Ability to work confidently with unfamiliar project types and develop workflows suited to their specific needs.
• Must be located in Toluca Lake, California, US while working remotely.
