Student Worker UX (AI/Automotive)

What you will do

• Support user studies, usability tests, interviews, surveys, participant recruitment, and research logistics.
• Organize, analyze, and summarize UX research findings through reports and presentations.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user journey documentation.
• Support benchmarking and competitive analysis of automotive and AI experiences.
• Prepare validation scenarios and evaluate conversational and multimodal user experiences.
• Maintain project artifacts in Figma, Confluence, and Jira while collaborating with UX, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in HCI, UX Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, Computer Science, Media Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in UX research and user-centered design.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Experience conducting usability studies or user research.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools and design thinking methodologies.
• Interest in conversational AI, voice interfaces, automotive UX, or generative AI.
• Basic programming or prototyping skills.
