What you will do

• Review and evaluate primary care and general medicine scenarios.
• Assess patient symptoms, medical histories, and clinical findings.
• Apply clinical reasoning to identify differential diagnoses and appropriate next steps.
• Evaluate treatment and patient management approaches against established clinical practices.
• Review medical content for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying unclear or misleading information.
• Complete structured annotation, evaluation, and quality-review tasks with clear, evidence-based explanations.

Requirements

• Professional experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, general medicine, or a related clinical field.
• Relevant medical degree, qualifications, or professional certifications.
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment, diagnosis, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with current clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with human data projects, data labeling, annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
