Senior Digital Design Engineer (IC)

What you will do

• Develop RTL designs for complex digital blocks and subsystems using SystemVerilog and Verilog.
• Contribute to digital architecture definition, IP integration, subsystem development, and design trade-off analysis.
• Implement clocking, reset, power-management, safety, and testability strategies.
• Perform simulation, lint, CDC, synthesis, timing, and implementation checks in collaboration with verification engineers.
• Support design reviews, sign-off readiness, silicon bring-up, debugging, characterization, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with analog designers, architects, verification engineers, application engineers, and international R&D sites while guiding less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 7 years of digital IC design experience.
• Strong RTL development experience with SystemVerilog and Verilog.
• Experience with synthesis, timing constraints, digital implementation flows, CDC, reset strategies, low-power design, and DFT fundamentals.
• Experience in mixed-signal IC development, simulation-based verification, and industry-standard EDA tools such as Synopsys, Cadence, or Siemens EDA.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive or industrial semiconductor products and ISO 26262 functional safety concepts.
• Experience with Battery Management Systems, High Voltage Gate Drivers, or Power Management ICs.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing techniques.
• Experience with first-silicon bring-up, product qualification, and geographically distributed development teams.
